| Hey folks, I try now to build the infamous Khetanna - Jabba's Sailbarge. My project is to make a "toy like" Khetanna, but also a "real" looking model. That means it will one meter long and will have several toy features (hatches, cockpit, Jabba's throne, canons, landing gear etc etc). | When I had my sneek preview, I thought WOW, what a really cool project. If anyone can pull this off Wolff its you! I'll be excited to see the finished Khetanna (I didn't know that was the correct name  ). |

| This is going to be a great project, love to see it progressing! Probably Hasbro is not going to release the Sail Bargeit anymore, so I am happy you are taking this huge effort now.  Good luck Wolff. ...and I learned something new......Khetanna.....so that's how Jabba's Sail Barge was called.... Hakuna Khetanna....  |

| Great feedback so far from you guys. Makes me happy! I finally figured oput a solution for the railing...very complicated, but I have to say it pays off!! Pictures this weekend.....just wow...I am very happy with it! Cheers Wolff PS: I didnt know either that it is called Khetanna, but if you make a custom you have to do picture research first....so that how I learned it  |

| Ahhh...I would have needed that patent sheet in the beginning...damn it!! And which one is Josh's one?? The one James posted I guess. Well I know that one and have tons of pictures saved from it. And it was and is still a great inspiration! I would like to know from Josh where he has found reference pcitures from the front deck?!?!? I only know the "sunbathing Leias" and there is not much to see (from the deck...the Ladys are awesome of course ) BTW: I posted this 3 years ago in that thread: - wbobafett wrote:

| Watching the movie mostly, Wolf. Still it wasn't entirely accurate. Shots with the model doesn't have bits that were on the set either. Like the hatches up the front, pipe work and vents up there.  Mine still wasn't entirely accurate. But still worked overall. I am sure yours will piss all over it though.  |

Yeah, as usual. I had those problems already on the snadcrawler and others. Interesting to see what you miss out as a "normal" movie watcher but what you will find if you try to rebuild it Thanks for the help! Cheers |

Awesome work Wolff, I was wondering where you get all your source photo's from, it's usually a nightmare trying to find pics of stuff from all angles, especially detailed stuff. Top work though chief, where the hell you gonna park that bad boy when its finished! |
