Looking good James Great to see your Halloween display evolve mate For me personally, it's a shame in the UK, we don't do Halloween any where near what you US guy's do

That's a very gruesome looking head, well done Jim. It's gonna look amazing once the finishing paint and blood touch's have been added

Thank You guys This next prop is one I bought after Halloween last year , I believe it was about a $40 to $50 prop but after Halloween I paid $20 or so (which was still too much as far as I'm concerned ) This was him before ... he also had god awful hair plugs that I pulled out before I even remembered to take a pic 1st step was to get rid of the little shity shirt he was wearing , replace his eyes and give him a bit better paint job (particularly in the mouth)... Since he was hollow I stuffed the majority of the body with polyfill and the used Great Stuff spray foam insulation to cap it off (as well as adding the cheapo spine bone) ... Then went around the edges and built up more gore with latex and paper towels ... add paint ... basically done...

Good progress! Agree the hair is still not right yet. I would love to see pics of that CPR head in a barber's shop Cool gore on the neck area of Buckethead, and I like the skulls torch

Thanks guys !! been busy working on a few props ... I threw Norma Bates together the very last minute last year ... I worked her over quite a bit this year ... This next one was a "Zombie Dog" prop I bought last year after Halloween so I got it cheap ... all I had done to it in this pic was use my dremel to carve out the eyes and teeth so that I can light it on the inside with led lights . This is what it looks like now after a paint job , some slight modification to the leg area in front and added a collar ... sorry about the weird sun spot/reflection in all the pics

Thanks Jay I will try to figure out how to do a video - that would be cool If you liked the zombie dog maybe you'll like this one too ... I bought this Zombie Squirrel this year because I thought it was funny and it was cheap ($10) .., originally I was just going to repaint it but , as things frequently do with me , it evolved I decided to cut the base off so that I could mount him on this skull ... and then my wife suggested replacing the acorn with a baby doll head (twisted bitch she is ) ... So this is what it evolved into and as if that wasn't enough , I rigged it with Led lights so that the squirrel eyes and mouth , baby doll head and the skull itself all glow red |

That squirrel (with doll head nut ) is cool! I like how this year you've incorporated our furry friends into the carnage. Agree with Jay about a video walkaround Top work bro!

Those latest zombie, critter additions look great Jim, and so does the Norma Bates corpse and the decapitated Bucket Head, complete with new and improved neck bones and gore:shock: Your one twisted individual my friend I look forward to seeing the walk through video of everything displayed together for the full effect

Thanks Guys !!!!!!!!!!!! Getting close to Halloween and I am still trying to wrap up a few last minute props I finally finished Grandpa Sawyer though ... The wheelchair was given to me last year . The suit was bought at a thrift store for $10 . The shoes and tie were bought cheap off ebay . The hands were a cheap Dollar General purchase (repainted of course ) The shirt was one of my wifes old ones (and the socks were mine ) . I made the mannequin out of white pvc plumbing pipes and joints and then used a old quilt to wrap the pvc frame and give it the shape/bulk needed . The mask was a original Don Post Texas Chainsaw mask : I put a lot of work into customizing the mask . I put it on a foam wig head and then cut , glued , used polyfill to fill any voids etc - until I got it in a slightly more realistic size and proportion . New Eyes , new hair and a complete paintjob ... He really isn't identical to either "Grandpa" in Chainsaw 1 or 2 - more of a hybrid Grandpa from both movies
