The shows scheduled at the end of each day were a BIG pleasure to watch.  Each was hosted by Warwick Davis and lasted one hour. He did a great job, bringing a good mix of entertainment, humor, sharing Star Wars memories with his guest, challenging them with SW trivia questions, and reenact scenes from the movies  ("Stage Wars").

I attended the shows with Ian McDiarmid (The Emperor), Carrie Fisher, and Mark Hamill. It was great to watch these actors with my own eyes once.  
I missed out the show with Kathleen Kennedy (Lucasfilm president) on Saturday morning where she announced John Williams will be responsible for the score of Ep VII.  
 

On Youtube you can find some footage from these shows and others as well (as long as they are allowed to stay there).
I put some of them here, just to give you an impression how these shows were.

Kathleen Kennedy got by far the biggest round of applause. Warwick gave up trying to quieten the crowd.
Mark was touched and you can clearly see he is losing weight. However his short term memory issue is clearly a concern for him. He mentioned it twice.
