One of my favourite picture hoster has closed his doors. Webshots doesn´t exist anymore....it´s now "Smile"
Smile is the biggest Bullshit I have ever seen.
A hughe library of fotos died. Can´t explain what the loss of webshots means to me.

Mike isn't there some way to transfer everything? I swore someone posted about this a few moths back and found a solution

And I didn't bother to save pictures I use for reference all the time

Yes, you can transfer all your fotos from webshots to smile, but they are not still organized in their albums. All fotos are moving into one single album.

I know for instance that Rog had a fantastic source of information for loose figures, which was hosted on Webshots.

I hope it will not be lost now.

Ahhhh also Marc (theguiltyone)'s collection of palitoy, snowspeeder and x-wing MIB. Gone.

Never saw those photos but this does sound depressing. I usually save pics that are important to my collecting, but have gotten out of the habit lately.
