I assume this is the General Mills/Palitoy version?

Just curious what your thoughts are about that Spanish FX-7.

My sample is sonic unwelded....I have to check it as soon as I have unpacked my collection again, but I dont think there is anything different inside the little fellar what would make him sound different....funny but an accident I guess!

Yeah maybe, an error, a piece of wrongly moulded plastic on the inside, which causes this figure to click...
An all new mould is very unlikely.

STAR DESTROYER COMMANDER
COO guide for Star Destoyer Commander
NOTES: - COO #3 is shared by POCH and Kenner (POCH Era figure).
COO #3: POCH ERA
In the pictures below a POCH Star Destroyer Commander is compared to a Kenner figure sharing the same COO #3.

Star Destroyer Commander COO #3: Kenner (left), POCH (right).
DIFFERENCES: The differences between the two figures are subtle. Compared to his Kenner counterpart, the POCH Star Destroyer Commander has: - a more pinkish face . - thicker paint apps for the eyes and eye brows. - an unique emblem composed of a paler blue and a more vibrant red bar. - In addition - as mentioned on Wolff's site - the red bar of the POCH emblem was applied on top of the blue bar. In the Kenner figure this is the other way around.

Thanks Wolff.
The figure which you describe on your site and the figure here, look almost like twin brothers to me. Most striking to me was the sloppy paint job of the wrist button and the unique emblem.
Two independent researches with the same outcome, that gives me a good feeling we are indeed talking about POCH variants here.
My figure came from Spain too BTW.
Does your figure also has a mark on the helmet?

DIFFERENCES: The differences between the two figures are subtle. Compared to his Kenner counterpart, the POCH Snowtrooper has thinner sprayed black areas which therefore appear more gray then black. Moreover the cape seems to be uique for this variant (see below). I could not identify any other obvious differences.
ACCESSORIES
CAPE
The POCH Snowtrooper came with an unique vinyl cape which differs from a Kenner cape in the following ways: - 'smooth' feeling as it is made from more flexible vinyl - absence of the typical 'zipping' sound when you scrape your finger against any side of the cape. - a few mm longer in length (all my Kenner figures have shorter capes)
GUN
The POCH Snowtrooper came with a blue Stormtrooper rifle.

So I need you guys to check on my Fett figure which I got recently from a UK seller. I spotted small 'bubbles' on the plastic surface and also a small melt mark at the back of its left leg. Could it be POCH Fett. Just want to know your thoughts regarding it.

Interesting, thanks for sharing here!
I might have a similar "Bubble" Fett. I made some comparison pics with a Kenner figure having the same COO #2.
"Bubble" Fett is on the right in the pics.
Differences compared to the Kenner figure:
Lighter green paint on the chest armour
A bit brighter red wrist armour
Lighter brown belt
Left pouch unpainted, no paint residue to be seen (factory error?)
More vibrant red rocket, it can be moved out about 1 mm (probably an artefact because a kid tried to get it out)
Small deformation where the rocket tips starts (see close-up)
Big meltmarks at the back of the rocket holder. I wonder whether these are factory made. Maybe just some evil little girl who tried to iron her brother's poor Boba once.
Little “bubbles” in the plastic (not paint!!) at the top of the right leg (at the back)
Did I miss anything?
I bought this figure from a Spanish seller.
Are there more examples of this Fett around in collections....

Nice, example of your "Bubble" Fett Marco. As for mine I discovered that the bubbles also spread downwards to the back of the right boot. For color, the shoulder and knee pads are in Yellow color. Will try to snap some comparison pics soon.

I checked it for you. The Trilogo cape with the round holes feels more smooth compared to the presumed POCH cape and is also made from a more shiny vinyl.
I tried to summarize the three capes below:

Here's my comparison pics with a Kenner figure having the same small Hong Kong COO. My "Bubble" Fett is on the right in the pics.
Differences compared to the Kenner figure:
- Lighter green paint on the chest armour - Yellow paint for the shoulder armours, knee pads and left wrist armour - Lighter red wrist armour - Lighter brown belt and pouches - Lighter red rocket and it's bit taller - “Bubbles” in the plastic at the top of the right leg and downwards to the back of the right boot - Tiny melt mark at back of its left leg.

Thanks for sharing those pics!!!
The figure looks very similar as mine. Except for the yellow instead of orange shoulder armours, knee pads and left wrist armour. Maybe due to discolouration?
Off course both our "Bubble Fetts" could be affected by discolouration a bit, explaining the colour differences with the Kenner figures.
Or maybe these colour differences are unique for this figure, with its typical small bubbles?
The rocket on your figure indeed seems taller. Maybe it is welded in a way that it sticks out a bit more? Does it move a bit still? Are there any marks on the rocket?

For the Yellow color maybe its discolouration or maybe not. As what I observed for the Yellow color for the parts it spread nicely without any tinge of orange on it.
For the rocket, it welded and it can't be moved and there's no marks on it.

It was a good possibility.
I am thinking now...do Kenner Snowtrooper capes differ in length?
I checked about ten in my collection and they are all the same length.
Let the big checking begin.
