Countries featured so far: Australia Belgium Sweden United Kingdom United States Germany France Netherlands Canada Spain Mexico
To acknowledge TIG being an international community (and for the fun of it ) I'm going to pick a country each week for us to name our favourite things that come from that country. Please add your favourites. No negatives, just the cool stuff. It can be Star Wars items, food, drink, music, film, whatever you like.
I'll go through our users locations picking a new country each week.
First up...
AUSTRALIA

Beer - Fosters, does Castlemaine 4x still exist??
Films - The Proposition, Picnic at Hanging Rock, Moulin Rouge
TV - The Wiggles! I have a 4 year old son so I'm excused But the Wiggles are great, kinda like The Beatles but for kids!
and lastly from me, cricket and Rolf Harris!

and I just remembered these chocolate biscuits that my mate always raves about - Tim Tams - they're a bit like Penguin bars that we had in the UK.

My 4 year old daughter also loves the wiggles.
Some of the best things have already been mentioned but I'm also really into: Aboriginal bushcraft Australian wildlife, especially the great white shark, salt water crocodile & their venomous snakes. Australian wines

great list CP. Talking of the wildlife aspects that's reminded me of Steve Irwin now. Rip. Used to like watching his wildlife shows.

Thanks Paul. Steve Irwin was entertaining and very enthusiastic, but some of his methods for handling snakes were a little unorthodox.
