| Hate to say it, but with the limbs that color, its degraded and repainted. Sellers will tell you anything these days to make a quick buck. |

| Its no custom IMO...its sprayed (boots and neck) that would be too professional! But a Mock-up?? WHY???
Its really a crazy look, but its disoloration...Im 100%sure!
You can see the limb-color is disolored for sure, because there are spots that are as brown as the torso!
Edit:
BTW: You can fake disoloartion theoretically. You need chemical stuff (I wont tell, sorry) and some accelartor and its possible to dicolor every painted color! I find it really funny seeing this and knowing from which source it came..... :?: |

But the guys posting here - asking about the story - will know at least. Painting is definitely too professional to be hand painted. I don't wanna analyze it and ask you NOT to, if I may. A great-weird-looking discolored Ree-Yees and that's all. So you mean you know the previous owner? And he is cheating with chemicals and paints? Good to know. Why is it so funny for you? |

http://forum.rebelscum.com/t1061090/ You hit it! It IS him! This orange color thing is an existing variant or a Joke? Many collectors mention it nowadays. They say it was released on 41-back ESB cards. So this guy is a MF scammer. Deserves painful death. :grr: He screwed me with 2 figures. But especially with the "Ledy Weequay". At least the weapon he provided is real. I buy Nothing from him from now on!! Lime boots is Fun at least. But faking Ledy Squids and Orange hair Lukes is far worse! |

| I probably mixed those two guys in my head.....no matter what both have often many questionable auctions and if something like the Ree Yees pops up with theses sellers name...be aware! the carrot luke was a fake! There is more about this guy....but I cannot find it just this: http://forum.rebelscum.com/t1025225/ http://forum.rebelscum.com/t1067681/ cheers wolff |

Yeah, right... Some people like only the Golden Dick variant Darth Vader and the Farmer Luke with Red Toothbrush variants. I remain at Ree-Yees and Squid Head and do not give a shhh....akka-boom about the super-rare variants for many hundred bucks. I am glad somebody has a positive comment on these Ree-Yees variants. It took me a couple of years to collect them together. |

Well, that's what makes this hobby so great! It's great that everyone has different interests. I am condidering a Chewbacca focus, again not the most desirable figure but I always liked it as a kid. I would therefore take pride in collecting them. That's right! And if you like, you can collect bootlegs, fakes, discolored figures, whatever you like! My top favorites are the 8 bounty hunters (the Big Six and Greedo plus Zutton /Snaggle/). The second favorites are: Ree and Squid, and after them all the other Jabba-minions. Good luck with your Chewie-focus! :grr: (this is Chewie grinning or smiling) |
