I've noticed recently quite a few of our sellers here and other forums have been just linking to their for sale posts on the various forums. This practice is generally frowned upon on other boards and I know of at least one instance where the member got in trouble for it. I've put together this simple guide on how to copy and paste your FS post to another forum, so we don't cause any of these problems. It just takes a few minutes and I think you'll get more sales as it really detracts seeing a link in a FS post.


1. Go to your post and click the edit button.



2. Select your text by clicking and dragging over it. (or ctrl+a (pc) command+a (mac))



3. Right Click the selected text and click copy. (or ctrl+c (pc) command+c (mac))



4. Start a new post on the other forum, filling in the title.



5. Paste the text into the blank area by right click again and choosing paste. (ctrl+v (pc) command+v(mac))



6. Submit your post and watch the offers come in.

I don't really like links to other places when its a FS thread so I appreciate the guide, and the RS people should be happy as well
