Like Tim said, someone HAS to win. It's the knockout stage of the World Cup now. So if the game ends in a draw, then it will go to overtime, if it's still a draw, then it goes to kicks from the mark until a winner is decided. This is when things get exciting!

Good game today. Just too bad the US isn't advancing. It was a good cup for them. And Bradley is a much better coach and has the US team playing well. The back line was always the question mark for me and it looks like that held true in the end.

Now its time to cheer on the rest of the teams. Looks like tomorrows match will be a good one!

Sad to see the USA go out I really hoped they could make further into the competition and i didnt thing given there run in the semi's was beyond them and if you get that far you have every chance of winning!

I just found out the result's of the game's.Look's like US and England put up a tuff battle against Ghana and Germany.Sad that neither one of us are moving on but happy to see we got this far.

But congrats to Germany who were awesome on the break against our terrible defence. The disallowed goal was a disgrace and may have changed events if it had stood. But ultimately England were very very poor in all their games.
Was sorry to see USA go too, who played well in this cup.

At 2-2 at half time & with England with all the momentum it WOULD have been a very different game in the 2nd half with England not having to chase the game. Granted, Englands defence was poor, but the Germans were little better under pressure. They will get found out against the Argies.

I cannot believe that absolutely disgraceful decisions like the non-goal can happen in this day & age in a major competition like this.

I'm now going to sulk in a corner for the rest of the day. I'm not a happy bunny at all.
