I know nothing about these. We got them second hand in the 90's. They appear to be part of the 70's ceramics hobby.

Here's the Chewbacca one. It has a separate wooden base. with a post for a bulb/lampshade over his head. Inside Chewie are large Xmas light bulbs that shine out of the holes in his bandolier for mood lighting.


These are two Darth's, acquired at two separate times/places.


Both Darth's have Xmas light bulbs for mood lighting similar to Chewie. They don't have any sort of regular lamp function like he does though. They're the same sculpt with individual customizations.

They appear to be innocent fan art in and of themselves, with the molds being an IP breach. Depending on who made them and what they did with them, there could be no IP breaches or both the lamps AND molds could be piracy. Who knows.

Interesting lamps, and pretty big too. I really like the Chewie one. Be good if more info comes to light (no pun) on these

The Chewie one is especially amateurish. One of the holes in his bandolier is in the shape of a 5-pointed star, you can just see it at the top of his shoulder.

The Darth's were acquired separately and have oddball customizations.

Also at my parent's house, which I had to abandon to rot and ruin, were 6-12 vintage Kenner X-Wings, spray painted neon yellow and attached to flying stands on casters. Very odd. Looked like they were for a carnival game.

I did find out a little more about these. Seems they're worth like $30, I'll get rid of all 3 cause my wife wants me to make some room. They'll be on eBay in a few days unless someone here calls dibs.
