I'm sure you've seen the #7965 before, but I wanted to get a vintage Falcon to have but with limited space for display I haven't picked one up yet.  No

Then I spotted this LEGO a while back and loved it. It just made me smile when I saw it.
I was into LEGO as a kid but haven't touched one since I was 12 or maybe 13 and don't have a single brick from back then.

Well, I decided to go for this and after about 4 hours or assembly, here it is.

Very cool idea to pry the top open to see in is just a neat idea.

Anyway... nothing fancy, but its my first LEGO set and wanted to share.

cheers!
Very Happy

Nice one, Jay!!!

I also like how the LEGO designers give an insight look into the Falcon.

Congrats! The Falcons are really cool because of the way they open up for play. My son got a Snowspeeder today 75049 which is pretty cool. Are you becoming addicted yet Jay? Smile

I hate to say it, but they can be addictive! I did have a bit of fun putting it together. I started early in the day so I only had one beer near the end. I am sure that would have slowed the build but might have added some fun to it. Smile

I like the X-Wing and would love the Death Star or Star Destroyer!!! Laughing

cool stuff... must.resist. Razz

cheers!
