Looks like its molded in a red rubbery plastic and then painted in some metalized/bronze color...
What do you think if it? Is it worth anything?

I think you're right about it being a Dutch bootleg, it certainly seems to match the one on the archive.  Obviously the size is different, but there was a mini version of the Vader too.

I´ve also seen a small version of R2D2, on the left in the picture below:

I still need that illusive small R2... and a small Chewie if it exists.
