Use photobucket or something similar to upload your picture to and copy/paste the [IMG] link here in your post. Its as simple as that.

Dennis there is a waiting time for 'new' users to be able to post pictures, I'm not sure if it's that easy to bypass.

I suspect that will be a cut down Ben cape. A side by side comparison picture would help. To me the cut is not correct

Cut is wrong for an Toltoys VC Jawa cape or at least its missing something that all other Toltoys VC jawas cape's have.
Like James said maybe an cut down kenobi cape or just an random repro, but i do notice the smaller crosshatching pattern wich i do like.
But with it missing the most recognizable telltale and not beeing able to see/feel the cape in real, my conclusion still stays not genuine.

You could say that it was my fault, thought that my credit card would protect me, but it didn't since they said that 'even though your card is a VISA card and you processed the transaction as credit, it is treated as a debit transaction since the funds came directly from you checking account. The fact that you did not use your pin number does not affect this decision."

These requests can take some time to conclude (eg months/years) and are often prioritised by the seriousness of the fraud.  What is the value of the item?  How much did you pay for it?   In reality it is unlikely that you will be reimbursed for the money you have lost but that doesn't mean the seller should not be prosecuted.
 
Please supply your date of birth, address and telephone numbers if you wish to proceed with this matter.

Well I am not an expert in TT Vinyl Cape Jawa but the cut of this cape is not the same as the one I have home. At least for my Jawa, I can tell that the color is not the same as Ben's cape if you put it under natural light, though it is very similar. I am not sure of this is helpful or will complicate the discussion.

CAn anyone send a pictura of a real toltoy jawa with cape please? Tks
