Anyone have a good comparison photo of a Tri/PBP Stormtrooper with the hard torso and one without? I'm trying to determine which one I have. Mine has COO #11.

Don who points out that this has the blue Stormtrooper gun, despite a major crack in the bubble (which is expected as most Uzay bubbles were crap).

Ok.. I got around to taking some individual pics of some of my collection. These are some of, but not all, of my favorites: Us Kenner 20 back Secret Figure Offer Sticker Palitoy ROTJ 65 back w/ Clipper Sticker not sure about the bubble on this one. There's lifting going on on the edge. Maybe a re-seal? Also the bubble has the two stems at the bottom which I hadn't seen on an Palitoy cardback. Meccano ROTJ 65 cardback - no figure, bubble cut off pretty cleanly. I haven't found a carded one of these so I went with the cardback in the interim. It may be in the collection awhile though as Meccano's are hard to find. Palitoy ESB 45a Bounty Hunter offer Yeah, I love this cardback with the offer. Just something about it is cool. Lili Ledy Sure it's a reseal but who cares? The Ledy bubbles were one step above Uzay bubbles but they still tended to be a bit crap. ROTJ 48 back with Palitoy sticker This is the US Kenner release of this figure but I had to include the pics of the front and back as there is a sticker on the bottom for the mail away that is addressed in the UK. and a couple of US Kenner releases but I like them due to the double offer with the coin sticker. We have the ROTJ 65 Emperor Offer with Coin Offer sticker and the ROTJ 77 back Anakin offer sticker with Coin Offer Sticker. Don who will update some more in the near future

Something a little newer, but figuring it was a not to the vintage line, I think it should be ok here. The Toy Fair OTC Stormtrooper Sample. Now on to the Vintage. ESB 41 back cardback. I like this one as it has the two coin sticker offers on it. SW 20 back SW 20 back Boba Fett offer Tri Logo with Lucasfilm writing in black on white at the bottom. Don who's still got a few more to take pics of and upload

Incredible stuff all the way around Don!!! Holy cow! I love them all, it's really difficult to pick a favorite, but I think that Plaioty/UK offers sticker 48 back would be high up there. Just too cool! I also wanted to chime in and tell you that your Palitoy/Clipper sticker is good to go. The Palitoy double stem bubble is a known variation. It usually showed up on 65B (with the NN offer on the back). The bubble is incredibly fragile and delicate as well. It is quite common to see some lifting on these. Actually finding a Clipper sticker on the double stem bubble Palitoy's is pretty hard to find as well. Here's a link to Jason's excellent Palitoy site with some more information on double stem bubbles for you. Mr. Palitoy |

Mark, the stormtrooper is one of the few figures that have also bee reproduced. You might include those links as well. You can search ehre on the forum there is a thread in the watchout and on the main gunnery I think we have an article about them also. They were produced in black and in white. Often called poontroopers as mark poon is believed to be the source of these as well as the glasslite and kenner vlix reproduction and the rocket fett both j and l slot reproductions.
