Hi is there any difference on PBP & Tri-logo stormtrooper or is it the same figure ?

It's the same figure although there is also a PBP with the same coo as Ledy but with a thin stripe on his head

The PBP and Trilogo Stormie are not the same.

As they share the same COO (no. 9, see below) , I am searching for a PBP Stormtrooper to make side by side pics with his Ledy brother for the LL discussion thread. Unfortunately most (all?) PBP Stormtrooper which pop up on ebay now and then are hard torso trilogos with soft limbs and a different COO (no. 10, 11).

I am confused why then write pbp/tri on the no. 10 and 11 ?

Yes I know it is not complete, I have coo that is not in the guide.

But what coo picture no. is then for tri-logo and Pbp ?

Thanks for clearing that up James and Marco, i was under the impresion that they where all made by PBP. What company's world wide packaged figures on to there own Tri-Logo cards or are they all Palitoy?

I have Tri-logo card where I can take the stormtrooper out, the bubble is loose so I think I can ID the Tri-logo stormtrooper but I don't know if I have a PBP Stormtrooper.

Because I don't know how they look like.

So no. 10 & 11 is not PBP ?

I don't think anyone knows for sure if they where made by PBP mate, my guess is made in Hong Kong for the European ROTJ and Tri-Logo Cards.

I have a tri-logo card where I can take the stormtrooper out, there is no coo on that figure.

HK made some figures with COO's removed and so did Macao mate

Oh even if it looks like there has not been any coo before ? there is no scar or anything.

Hard Torso Stormtroopers: Trilogo (left, COO #11), PBP (middle, COO #9B), Lili Ledy (right, COO #9A)

I have an interesting addition to this. I have a Stormtrooper that I have had for 15yrs that has no markings on his legs at all. No scar no melt marks, NOTHING.

I will post a pic tonight, but in the mean time, has anyone seen one before?

yeah with no peg holes as well = top toys ?

Arms and legs are quite rubbery and body is hard. No marks on legs at all !!!!

Any ideas

is it the same size as a 'normal' stormie? Any other differences in paint (face/arms/legs) or mold (dimple in chest, lines on back of helmet)...?

I've got 400+ vintage stormies and haven't seen this before...anyone else?
