Hi,

I got a stormtrooper who for me looks spot on lili ledy.
The only thing that not correct is the COO because it has HONG KONG next to the date stamp.

Is there a possible COO variant of the ledy stormy or is this just a normal variant of the kenner?

That's just a normal kenner Hk variant
with thicker helmet band and wider mouth

thanks for the heads up but i actually used the guide to determin if it was a ledy exept the COO.
thats why is posted this to find out if it was possible that he was a ledy but sadly he's not

Ledy and PBP both have harder sharper detailing torsos (one line coo)

There is also a hard torso (as well as soft torso) on the tri/pbp (2 line coo with date underneath)

Every other coo has a softer torso. Not 100% on the takara but i shouldn't worry
about that one for the time being

i will post pics of my other stormtroopers after this weekend,im going on a trip with the wife

Really the called stormie "TRI/PBP hard torso" havent the same COO, paint job or same hard plastic compared to the original LILI LEDY or PBP stormies.The PBP stormie have also hard limbs....
That stormie in the picts havent any caracteristics as the LL,PBP or "TRI/PBP hard torso" variants...

The term PBP is wrong on these. Its used by nearly all sellers on the bay and in the internet....but its wrong.

The true PBP version has the same coo then Ledy. Different5 to Ledy is the paint app on the mouth (thinner) and the material its made of.

The Stormtropper you posted is a Trilogo versuion with "soft" torso. I dont know if the "softorso" version really appeared on Trilogo cards. The hardtorso version with the same coo are confirmed by now (if I remeber right).

is it the material used? because when you tap him against the table it sure sound hard and hollow.

They all sound hollow(because they are) The hard torso has clearer more defined detail.
