Hi lads,
put this in ot but gonna add bit more detail here..
sold some cardbacks on ebay, i clearly stated shipping costs in the uk and said for abroad i would charge exact shipping but please contact me for a quote, anyway a guy won 12 and when i went to send invoice seen he lives in holland, he never messaged me for shippping etc. i messaged him straight away and said i would get a quote for exact shipping, Post office quoted me £33 signed for and insured as the value is over £40, he was quite snotty and replied it is wrong to charge so much ... how much is it really??
i replied back that they are in a small box with plenty of bubble wrap etc to prevevt any damage and if the price was less than quoted i would give him difference back
he got back this morning saying just put them in a smaller box and it will be £10 to ship
again ive replied they cannot go in a smaller box and i cannot ship unregistered ( cheapest way ) as i have no protection
i cannot open an unpaid claim untill tommorow and im thinking of just cancelling the transaction as ive gotta feeling this is going to be a nightmare,
thoughts / advice please
Andy
