Hi all
Was considering buying an AFA graded (70) card but really dont like the case its in and wanted to match/display it to my Oscar cases so was going to break it out and wondered if anyone had done similar ...... Card is about £75.00 and as I am not particuarly likely to sell it does anyone think this is a big 'no no' ?

bid on it and if you have it leave it alone for the moment.
try to trade it for the loose one you want so bad.
there could be someone wanting an AFA one and having a loose one.

He is just taking it out of a graded case to put it in another case that matches his display mate

He's not taking it off its card to make it loose, he wants the MOC not the case its sealed in.

yeah i know thats why i said to try to trade the AFA one for the same loose card ungraded.
you never know what can happen.

Well if he really can't find an equal condition ungraded one that might be his only option, I don't know if anyone really collects AFA 70 cards?

Besides even if he takes it out it can be graded again, it's really not a big deal for someone to bust an AFA case, or a sealed oscar case, its just acrylic.

It might sound a bit anal but I wont ever collect AFA as such because I am not interested in Graded cards / Loose etc but just wanted it to match up with the other display cases.
If I get it I wont do it straight away but as Joe says its not as if I am going to take the figure off the card ..... anyway as usual guys thanks for the comments and if I am successful with the bid I will show you what it is and you can let me know what you think
