Have you PM'd Lafos on RS Jason? As the picture is from his site he can report this to ebay and they WILL Kick this guy off straight away im pretty sure Lafos wont be happy by this!

I have had a few ebay scammers steal pictures from my site before if you call ebay as a site owner they take it very seriously and just ban the user straight away to avoid any potential legal actions.

I'm so glad this is not a G rated site. Now since Ebay allow people to use stock pictures & any pictures can be used elsewhere I doubt they will do a thing. They'll wait till a few people get ripped off- and then probably still not do a thing because they still got their cut regardless
