| Excellent looking collection John. I like how it is all contained on the wall like that. Also, great to see the Leia and my old cases. |

What's the story behind the Bluestars mate?? Thaks! Not a huge story with Bluestars. I bought him loose and he had a loose arm. It wasnt in danger of falling off or anything but who knows after swinging for years it might have. One day I caught my 7yr old playing with him and after I carefully negotiated it back into my hands I sent him off to get graded and authenticated (I knew it was real but AFA does both services) with a couple of other items I happened to be sending out. Personally I like it AFA'ed better then when it was loose but thats just me. |

| "If I can't fit it on my desk or wall" you could send the extras to me Every picture has so many quality items. I would not want to have to choose between your orange hair & DT Luke perhaps you can bend your 'rules" for them and keep them both. |

| Awesome Collection John and a great display set up! Personal Favorite of mine is the LL ERG that MOC is just gleaming! I got to say it looks a bit like my collection in some ways i.e a bit of this a bit of that which i love personally as i like to enjoy all the different licenses issues and have never been able to focus on one specific thing. |

Loving the Bluestars. Got any close up photos?? |

| John that is a great collection, considering the short amount of time you have been working on your collection its even more commendable. That said, less time does not mean less effort and that should be recognized, you have had some great deals to flip and put the money back into items you really want.
Love it! One of my favourite collections this year. |

I think you are thinking of a comment I made about on RS celebrating my 1yr anniversay there. A mean a lot of it was done since Sept 2008 but not all of it. Ive also got some changes coming my way. Sold the loose droids yesterday, bought 5 MOC Droids (Sise Fromm , Uncle Gundy, Thall Joban, R2D2 and C3PO) and some other small changes. |

| Hi John.
Very nice collection you got there. And really nice displayed. Very simple displayed, My favorite way displaying vintage figurines. Now I have a little question will you only have 1 of every figurine in the collection?
Nice L.L mocs you got there especially the ERG.
Cheers Michael |

| I'll answer Michael and Ronnie here and thanks to both of you for the compliments! Ronnie - Yes it is a Blue Stars. It's an AFA75 (which is fine by me) but no cape or gun. I tried to track them down but is quite literally impossible. Michael - I do have a pretty strict rule of only having one of every figure unless there is something patently different that is pretty obvious. Now you can debate that a Droids Fett and A Wing Pilot are the same as a SW Fett and A Wing but they are a different line so I won't consider that. Anywho, here are the only doubles: 3 R2D2 's (standard fig , sensorscope , pop up saber) 2 C3PO's (standard fig , removable limbs) 2 Jawa's (cloth cape and Vinyl Cape) 2 Luke Farmboys (Double Telescoping and Standard Telescoping) 2 Snaggletooths (Red and Blue but I consider them 2 seperate people like most people do) I do have 3 ROTJ 2 Packs but they sit on my desk so I don't consider those figures into my equation. I do try to get the rarest variations of each figures though. My Han Hoth is a Molded Legs and my farmboy Luke has Orange Hair. If I see a variation I'll buy it and then sell off the other one. Right now I'm looking for a Red Cape Bib Fortuna as an example. Same applies to my foreign MOC's. When I got my Meccano Jawa, the loose Kenner went away. I acutally havent posted it yet but I got a great Harbert 12bk Vader and sold the Takara Vader. I just won a Takara C3PO and will sell my loose one when it arrives. I actually got the Ledy ERG and Leia around the same time and sold my Kenner MOC Leia and Palitoy MOC ERG to a nice fellow overseas. Can't remember his name though......... |
