| I don't know where to start on the compliments guys! I will say that I like the fact that there are a lot of items that are "normal". What I mean is that a bunch are production items that anyone could have and that shows you really like them for what they are. It's not "Pick my 5 most expensive items"
Cheers all around guys!!! |

| Wow this wasn't easy. I realized that I actually like my collection as a whole way more than a single piece. I picked out 5 items but could have easily picked another five without any hesitation. So here's my five: 1) UZAY Blue Stars. - When I got this, I remember the feeling that I was now a "player" in the collecting world. Felt uber cool! 2) ROTJ 2 Pack Vader/Pruneface - Unoffically the worst 2 pack in existance, but one of a kind combo and both figs complete which is very rare 3) Clipper Bespin Guard - Opposite of my #2, it's the nicest MOC I have and maybe the nicest condtion MOC I've seen in a while 4) POPY (Bandai) Death Star Droid - Laughed my ass off when I saw the box was the size of the figure. Looks cool though! 5) AFA Tape Sealed DT Luke - Only AFA graded taped baggie of it's kind. Like the uniqueness of it |

| Here's my top 5. It's still the same as in the SWF-thread. Three items are very close to my heart and 2 are just plain awesome. Sorry Joe, can't stick to your first rule at the mo. This is my favorite original figure. I once lost his Gaffi stick in my grandmothers garden and searched for it until sundown. Lost forever now, but I got him a new stick recently and also a new cape! This Yak is the first figure my girlfriend ever got me for my birthday. She has been very supportive and even encouraged me to start collecting in the first place. Little did she know what she was getting into though. This Palitoy AT-AT oozes coolness to me. It has forever been my favourite Star Wars vehicle, but was never allowed to own one. Until now. My Super Shiny Sandcrawler. I went through hell and back to find this one. Was almost scammed out of € 500 in an early attempt, but finally got it. Finally, my Bi-Logo Millennium Falcon. Got this falcon including its box from a friend who had to ditch his childhood toys because there was no room in his new home (his missus candle collection needed all the room. HA HA). His collection included a shitload of figures and a few vehicles to complement my childhood toys and it got me into collecting SW. When I got the falcon it was very dirty, yellowed in parts and didn't work. Now I've cleaned it meticulously (hard work), replaced a few components, got the paperwork (including original decals), ironed the box and was even able to get it to work again! |

| Wow guys! I don't really know what else to say!
There are some amazing pieces here! Very great stuff all around.
And to echo what John said. It's nice to see so many pieces that not only have sentimental value, but are also not the most rarest stuff in the world.
Great stuff guys! |

| Sorry I also busted the one pic rule My collection is still in its infancy but here's my five favourite vintage SW items that I own: 1) BATTLE DAMAGED X-WING FIGHTER. 2) SPEEDER BIKE VEHICLE. 3) BRADLEY TIME ROTJ EWOKS WRISTWATCH. 4) REMOVABLE LIMBS C3PO KENNER BAGGIE. 5) ROTJ READ ALONG BOOK & RECORD 1) X-Wing - My fave SW item I had as a kid was the X-Wing Fighter & X-Wing Luke. But as soon I became a 15 year old I sadly sold mine and bought dodgy heavy metal records instead. I bought this early last year and although the box is a bit beat up the fighter itself is perfect! I was so happy when it arrived in the post! 2) Speeder Bike - I always wanted one of these and now I have one. Love it! 3) Wristwatch - I had a Darth Vader watch as a kid and really wanted to buy another one now - instead I found this nice Bradley Ewoks watch mint and NRFB! 4) C3PO - My first and only baggie so far! 5) ROTJ 7" vinyl - The stills in this 24 page book are brilliant and for me it's fitting to see a little bit of the SW history preserved on vinyl. |
