It was only sold for a few dollars and not sold as anything special, so if legit my best guess is either a early print run or the factory ran out and had to quickly produce wome in-house.

(*) AT-AT (All Terrain - Armoured Transport) (Early Error Notice) - Rev.1 - A new discovery (25/01/16). Most likely over-sight by Palitoy and duplicated from the original Kenner artwork the first version of this instruction leaflet L1020 contained a printing error and stated US battery & bulb types which were not available in the UK. There now appears to be two versions of the stapled on battery/bulb error notice. What i have classed as the early version features a typeface similar to that of a type-writer, most likely rushed though change to allow Palitoy to ship product out of the factory.



(**) AT-AT (All Terrain - Armoured Transport) (Common Error Notice) - Rev.2 -  The later more common version of the stapled on battery/bulb error notice, although still only text it has now proper artwork produced for it.



(***) AT-AT (All Terrain - Armoured Transport) (Old P/N - New Battery/Bulb Codes) - Rev.3 - Yet another new discovery!!! (12/11/2016). It would appear that in all the haste of updating the battery and bulb codes Palitoy failed to update the instruction leaflet part number. So here we have the original L1020 leaflet with the new battery & bulbs codes.

Go for it. The SWCA has always been the go-to for cat / In-store stuff, would be good to expand with variations and more photos.
I tried to document some items in various sections of TIG World of Odd Here and Here But would be great to see a dedicated area for them all together.
