Looking to spread my wings and travel around a bit on
my vintage hunt. I've never done memorabilia - is that
the best place for vintage in the uk as i suspect it is?

Hi Lee, I went to the Spring Memorabilia show at the NEC this year and loved it! Well, it was my first one - but imo there was a lot of vintage stuff. It seems most people are of the opinion that the Autumn show is better and has more vintage.

Great idea for a thread Lee it would be cool to see what sort of things are flagged up

Out of curiosity does anybody know of a shop that sells vintage in Scarbrough?

Lee,i've been to 2 Barry Potter fairs,one at Bolton's Reebok Arena & one at the NEC,

The one at the Reebok was all trains & dinky/corgi cars with hardly any vintage & the one at the NEC(last september) had a bit of vintage(Jim Stevenson had a stall there,nice stuff but expensive!)but again was mostly trains, dinky/corgi stuff & sci fi toys!

It's really frustrating when you go to these
toy fairs with 200 tables and it's pretty much
all toys and trains and pish all vintage star wars

It actually feels exciting when you find the occassional
beater Klaatu hidden amongst a bunch of Hornby track
and yesteryears kids annuals

I need vintage by the table load

I'm looking at memorabilia later this year i think
