Have all the imperfect figures been U-Graded? Empty

I can't find any scratch n' dent carded figures to collect anymore. Everything seems to be unpuched, oldest logo possible (or trilogo, or other exotic variants). What's going on? I would think corner creased ROTJ logo card would be common, but no.

There is a huge market for 'budget' carded figures. No more are U graded as no grading company provides that loose service anymore. Where are you looking, on any given day there are dozens of $50-$100 MOCs for sale.

Thanks. I'm looking on eBay. I want mostly ESB characters on ROTJ cards. All I can find are pristine, expensive, ESB cards.

Still no luck finding the creations I want on ROTJ scratch n' dent cards. BUT. I did just go to a show and get 3 nearly perfect Willow carded figures for 50 cents each! I'll take what I can get!

What is a good alternative to eBay for budget carded figures?
