Subject: Ewok Bow question Sat Jun 21, 2014 4:52 pm
Hey guys.
I know the reference library is continually growing, as we tend to find new and better versions of repros all the time.
Has anyone seen or even heard of repro Ewok bows showing up cast in vintage colors? For example the lighter brown that comes with Lumat?
I get asked from time to time about weapons from friends. It's always sort of tough to be 100% sure from a picture, so I just wanted to make sure there were no known examples cast in colors close to Vintage.
Thanks guys!!

Another question about ewok bows. it's really hard to see the mould difference between warok bow and v4, v5 dark brown repro. The appreciation of the color really depends on the quality of the image. Does the original bow float? repro sinks ? Thanks

Nice reuse of a thread. Original bows float, repros sink. I've not seen a repro cast in light brown plastic (yet)

It only took 3.5 years to finally get some attention on this post. LOL.
Thanks for the input, AJ. Good to know none have surfaced at this time. Sadly though, repros are getting better and harder to tell from originals. Although for the limited use of that color accessory, we may be safe for a while.
