A few pictures, to share with you, from this years Military Pageant event at the Old Warden aerodrome home of the world famous Shuttleworth Collection..

Old Warden's also home to a small selection of veteran busses, this one used to serve the nearby town of Wellingborough

Free rides were being provided to weary pedestrians throughout the day..


Out of all of the car collection this would be the one I'd of like to have driven home with..

Old Warden also boasts a lovingly tendered Swiss Gardens & woodland park, it's a wonderfully tranquil place to escape the hurly-burly of the show & there's a stunning view every time you turn the next corner..

Just wonderful pics! So much aviation and motor history on display. Looks like you could get right up close to everything too. You made a good choice with the MG at the end Thanks for sharing. Enjoyed the Swiss garden and woodland park pics too.

Super pics as usual. Is this the same event that you shared before (last year maybe?) that it had been raining? Really cool to see the pics from even if it isn't.

It was last years Flying Legends show (at Duxford) where it rained all day.. it was so wet that the only plane to take to the air was the flying boat
