Okay I have gotten word that the blasters are complete and will be shipping right on schedule!!

I am one of the happy buyers of the upcoming Lifesized Princess Leia Blaster.
But, The info says to send payment via PayPal Gift. After much strife, I just called PP. I was informed that PP Gift was in existence from 2014 and removed in 2015. It is no longer an option on PayPal. I have tried to send a message to the seller, but received the "canned reply" repeating the please send total or deposit via PayPal Gift.
Of course I sent my deposit...but does anyone out there have the same issue? Any suggestions on getting a message directly thru to the seller?

PayPal gift is now called friends and family. When you select to send money it is either "friends and family" or "goods and services" ( I think that's the second one). The reason he asked for gift is the fees are saved. I imagine if your worried about the option or security of the payment then you could make the payment the other way but add the fees that will be encountered.

Who exactly are you sending messages to? I'm the one selling them and I've gotten no inquires. If you didn't know, I'm also the owner of this site so I can assure you that there is no funny business. What's this "canned reply" you're talking about??

As Bryan mentioned, you just send it as "friends and family" just as you did the last $20 I received from you.

NYEMTLI see the response above this by John? If you click the red username it will take you to his profile. from there click contact on the right side of that page and then pm on the next page

OR

at the top of the page you will see a header, under that is a menu bar. To the right side is a slot on that bar that says messages. If you will click that it will take you to the private message box. You probably have one from John by now but if not click new message and find member to send to and enter darthberizing. Be sure to spell it correctly or it doesn't go through.

That is the primary way to contact him unless he has provided another.

To clarify, my question here was due to some confusion regarding the reply I received when I sent a private message concerning a deposit I initially made via "goods and services."
It was never my intention to do anything other than find out if I was correct regarding PayPal "Gift" and to make sure I did not miss out on this opportunity due to my possible error.
Again, my apologies for my poor choice of words.

I'd say within a week. They are at the distributor. So I need to mail out the COAs to them, then they box them and send them out!!

With admins permission (please confirm) I'm looking to move on my life size Imperial, Palace and Smuggler blasters that were done on the previous runs. They are all numbered 6/50 and I note that TK-3238 & Imperial Perks showed an interest so will send a PM to discuss further. Only looking to make my money back on these but if it's a problem then please let me know. Can't upload a pic as the file size is too large. Thanks
