I know there was the Early bird box set (1) and a baggie version (2) and then later some on 12-back cards (3) but which COO's have been confirmed for DT Lukes? anyone have any original, untampered with sets, baggies or cards with a DT Luke to confirm for certain?

Using this COO guide[a], googling, and listings in eBay, my guess work has led me to believe that (1 - EB) & (3 - 12-back cards) was COO#6 and/or possibly COO#3 and (2 - baggies) was COO#1 - is this correct?

I'm asking because I may have just acquired a DT saber but it has a Taiwan figure so I'm now on the hunt for a correct figure to go with it.
