So I decided to have some fun doing a few custom vehicles to go with my figures the first is Lobots droid and fighter. This is how it started out as a GI Joe helecopter thing. As most of you know I am an avid model builder and I love doing crossover type builds. Now to start removing parts for painting and modifing. And as you can see where the rotor was is a great place for a droid socket. This is it for now I will continue to post pics as I finish more work on it.

I got some more done not much though but now I am off for a week so hopefully will get some projects done. BTW if you are looking for GI-Joe type vehicles to convert I do have some that I am not going to use if you want I can take photos to show you and if you want them I will just charge shipping. |

That is looking very promising, I like the inverted wings at the front. Keep on the good work and thanks for sharing your work in progress, Larry.

How are you attaching the wings? If I can screw pieces together, I try since that usually has the best hold. My next best solution is using a 2-part epoxy like JB Weld.

Thanks guys it is an interesting project I am doing lol. As far as attaching the wings I will use either Apoxy or crazy glue Gel I left half of the original wing for added support.

I used a 1995 Star Wars Power of the Force 2 Grand Moff Tarkin figures head on and imperial officers body, then painted the uniform flat army OD Green. I cut the neck down a bit and drilled it out to fit the sub part of the Officers body his head pops off without having to cut the body apart. I was pretty happy with the way he came out

That cockpit detailing is great Larry, amazing attention to detail. If the rest of the build is as detailed as this, it's gonna look amazing
