How on earth they found an almost perfect replacement is amazing. I am stoked. I really didn't think much of this at first (spin offs are a tough one) but they are at least setting the stage right! When I saw the AT-ATs I went nuts!!
This looks better than TFA. I hope it is. TFA still feels like a rough draft that never was completely thought through and rushed to production. I hope this has less plot holes and fits in better with George's Star Wars universe.

I got this and bluray the other day and thanks to my 7 year old have watched it already several times. I have to say the more I watch it the more it grows on me. I still think Kylo is to whiny and not enough sith badass type, but the more I watch it the less I dislike it.

Wow, they made an awesome job of that Detour Junior and I just enjoyed that. Thanks for sharing
I haven't seen Gareth Edwards' reboot of Godzilla yet but I did see his indie film Monsters a couple of nights ago. Man, does that dude have some skills! His scenes shot in central America of sunsets/rises, mountains, water, abandoned ruins, light, colour were all something to behold. Can't wait to see how he does with this one.

I think he has all the best vintage toys to play around with in this one. I'm still thinking about that tropical setting with the AT-AT scene.. can't get over how cool that is!
