TIG has turned 7 years old this year.  

Since we had episode 7 recently and with TIG having turned the same age we, the mods and staff, feel this is something of a special anniversary.  We did a 7 for 7 drawing earlier in the year and gave away 7 prizes tiring TIG and episode 7 together.  We have chosen to do a similar thing coming soon.  Haven't decided if it will be a drawing or trivia contest or how, but we have a very neat birthday gift that is customized (and in my opinion is awesome).  We will be able to and out 7 of these prizes so another 7 for 7 but this time it is 7 prizes for the the 7 winners of our 7th anniversary.  

Until we decide how to go about giving these items out get your post counts up guys.  Sometime between now and let's say the end of March we will kick off this thing.  This is just an alert to get your posts in guys.  In order to be eligible you need 30 total posts and as last time the prize will be free and will be shipped to the winner free.  I will get pics put up in here of the prizes once they have been approved.

Man I didn't even think of that. I don't know if there is a way to tell who was the seventh person. I don't know if there is a way to tell who is any number.

Actually @darthmatt22, TIG has an oustanding team of archivists working day and night with no payment other than coffee and Teebo axes..




@trappedtexan - yes there is a way. Go to 'Members' on the tool bar under the TIG banner and you can find all sorts of stats.

Our 7th member is actually Rob (@The Admiral)  a cool dude who invested lots of time and energy in the old days as did many others when the forum began.

Interestingly our 777th member is @rhart132003 haven't got a clue who this is  


I found out I'm member N° 79. So at least I get a '7' in there somewhere  

I am number 977 so have some sevens in as well. Did not know you could sort them that way and figure it out.

The admiral still checks in and just recently commented in Jay's thread when he came back. In fact he is the one with the Ledy overstock head pics in his signature isn't he? If he reads his he needs to sell me his overstock.

Since I didn't think of looking into the member roles we have come up with a way of picking people. I won't spoil the fun but I do think it is a cool way to do it.

We are ironing this out so we have all the kinks worked out before going with it. It will likely kick off closer to the end of the month, just want to give anyone who wants in time to gain post count so they can participate.

I'd like to give a small hint on what we're thinking about, but I don't want to put us in pickle if we change the final result. But it I guess it doesn't totally close the door, just maybe leaves is slightly ajar lol
