Subject: Custom 3rd legs for 1977 R2-D2 and R5-D4 Mon Jan 18, 2016 8:15 pm
I made custom legs for the 1977 R2-D2 and R5-D4 figures. As we all know, the Droid Factory 3rd leg does not fit these figures. That has always bummed me out. Now the problem is fixed. I made custom resin 3rd legs (no vintage Droid Factory legs were harmed in the process ). I am working on legs for the R2 with sensorscope and the R2 with pop-up lightsaber. Those two guys have different sized holes in their bodies so I have to adjust the tooling.
