 Bendy legs?

I recently picked up this Glasslite Han Solo and found he has one bendy leg!

Bendy legs? OnYyBYT

Both appear difference in length and finish (gloss & matt), has anyone seen this on Glasslite figures before?

Don't have a glasslite Han to bend, but certainly many other Han's that do & some don't, some both legs, some just one. No pattern that I can find.
