Subject: JEDI CON 2014: Who is going? Fri May 16, 2014 10:42 pm
For the third time, JEDI CON will return to Düsseldorf, Germany from 3 to 5 October 2014.
There will be panel sessions among them Duncan Jenkins and Gus Lopez giving an overview of collecting cast and crew memorabilia, costume competitions, merchandise,....

...but most of all this seems like a good opportunity to meet again with other collectors and have fun.
So who has plans to go?

Looks like fun, but it's a little bit too far from where I live. My wife has family in Germany, hopefully in the next couple of years we take a vacation and visit.

You'll buy the first round of beers in Düsseldorf Marco LOL. As you know, I'll travel there together with my father in law and maybe Henrik (HWR) also, in case he manages to book a ticket to the same flight as my father in law and I. He'll be there in all circumstances, and hopefully Wolff and others will join us for the many rounds of beers and variant talk. The "Octoberfest" In Germany should be pretty crazy!

Sounds like a good plan, Dennis! Would be nice when we somehow can combine our travel to Düsseldorf.
I will go for sure. Have to arrange tickets and hotel still. Will do so next week.

Wow thanks for the heads up guys. I'll definitely be going - only a three hour train from The Hague. Dusseldorf is a cool city to visit too so kill two birds with one stone.

Offer her a weekend Berlin or Paris scheduled for Q3/Q4.

Probably Jedi Con is a bit too local for the big names to appear. But hey the beer is good in Germany.... .
