I'm always trying to find good Christmas songs that are not the "norm"
My favorite Christmas album of all time (so far) is The Vandals "Oi to The World" -
heres a few carols off this classic album ...
If you have a little punk in you and like music with a sense of humor you will love The Vandals
Does anyone else know of any good Christmas songs that aren't the traditional bs that we are fed every year ?
If so please share them with us

Interesting choice James!
I'm afraid mine are popular ones, but not in a traditional style. I really enjoy 'Fairytail of New York' by The Pogues with the late Kirsty McColl, and 'Stop The Cavalry' by Jona Lewie.

One of my favorite albums is "Punk Rock Christmas"... a compilation from 1995! Info
A few songs off it...
And a ton more... awesome album!!!!
I left out some of the raunchier ones (and funny!!!) but these always make me smile... even Mojo Nixon!

Here is one I bought on iTunes back in 2008. Since I'm the only one in the house of 5 (and the only one with a pecker) that likes Heavy Metal, it doesn't get played very often.

James that Slayer 'South of heaven' light show is fu#kin awesome the evil singing snowman is so cool! I'm also gonna hunt down those Black label Society crimbo albums. Zakk Wylde is friggin cool and your right its good to listen to xmas tracks that are a bit alternative/heavy.

some very interesting songs here I to love that Slayer Christmas man that must have took awhile to do
For me the ones like Grandma got run over by a raindeer bob and doug mckenzie the 12 days of Christmas and of course a snoopy christmas with the red baron Just some of what I listen to
