| From what I seen theres at least 10 more up, sealed and loose. The one thats posted in that thread that was up to 800,000.00 was relisted and the seller is pissed. Heres their comment in the new listing.
Im tired of these joy bidders thats not willing to pay and are playing around do you know this is causing me money to list this up. I will only take serious inquiries and offers only now and will not answer anyone with a yellow star rating. The two highest bidders was little kids that are sitting on their butts with pepperoni face pimples that have no lives. Now if you guys want to really make a offer please email me an offer and i will answer as many questions as possible.
Its crazy, but there was only 2000 made and 200 sold before they were recalled. But theres only 20 known to exist anymore and 2 sealed, until now. Whats funny is that the PAL version is only worth 200 and a loose on at 15. Crazy how the market is. |

| What's even funnier was that this guy was going to give his whole NES collection away to Goodwill or Salvation Army. But after a loose Stadium Events turned up and was sold on ebay a little while back for a couple thousand dollars... he realized he had a ton of NES stuff in his attic and decided to go through it all.
Imagine if that game would have ended up on a Goodwill shelf for $1.00????? |

| If I would find something like that in Goodwill, I'd be a very happy fucker! Time to start scrounging around the Goodwill stores and boxes |

| This is going to cause me some more competition at the thrift shops. I dabble in the video game scene, but nothing rare or the like. It is a very interesting market though. Some games are rare/expensive here, but had much wider distribution in Japan, so they aren't worth anything there and vice versa. I believe this game falls into that category as being rare here in the States, but everywhere else it can be had on the cheap. I only collect boxed versions of my childhood favorites(SMB, Castlevania, Zelda, etc) and luckily those are on the cheap side. However I do like to get a shot at playing some of the rare games and for those I either go emulation on cartridge based or use a chipped console to play burned backups. One good example of this is the Sega Saturn. In the U.S. the console was basically a flop and only had a handful of good games, but in Japan it did very well and has a lot of great Japan only exclusives. I lucked out and found a cheap console locally and by some miracle you can actually still get modchips for it. |

| Theres nothing like playing an old game. I got NES, SNES, and Atari systems and I still enjoy them no matter how corny they are. I was going for all the systems at one time but stopped. I'll probally get back into one day and finish off the sets. I need a Coleco, Intellivision, Atari 5200, and 7600 yet. |

Sounds like a good collection there. I've got a C64, NES, SNES, N64, Gamecube, Genesis (Mega Drive for the non U.S. guys), Sega CD, 32x, Saturn, Dreamcast. I think that's all of them. lol I don't know if I'll add any more. My nephew beat me to an Atari Jaguar with the CD that he found at a local thrift shop for $20. He turned around and sold it for around $200 on ebay. I haven't bought too much either myself with SW taking quite the priority once I got really serious with the coins. |

| I got around 150 or so Atari, 100 NES, 19 SNES, 15-20 Intellivision, and 5 Sega games. I had the 32X but they never came out with games worth buying for it. All I had was the SW game that came with it, but just like the core system, it started to act up and I sold it for 50.00. I used to get price guides from Atari Age that listed most of the systems and you'd be surprised at what some do go for. |

| To me, its just not the same. I got the Sega Collection on PS2 and I don't even play it no more. Its more the feel of the vintage controllers that make it fun, plus blowing the dust out of the carts and beating on them to make them play makes you feel like your 13-4 years old again. |
