 What a week... Monday I started a new job & today I've been given the honour of becoming a TIG moderator.  

Thanks for all of the warm welcomes & support guys. It's greatly appreciated.

Congratulations to everyone on their recent promotions and new appointments.

I'm sorry that Tim & Chris have decided to step down. Us new guys will certainly do our best to pick up where you have left off. You'll be tough acts to follow!

A big thank you Chris and Tim for all that you have done to make TIG what it is.
To the newly promoted members congratulations, but you've got some big boots to fill   (I,m sure you will all be up to the task)
Macro and AJ congrats on your new jobs.
I am sure I speak for others when I say I am looking forward to TIG under this new leadership team.
