I was really pissed off and complain and threaten him to say what's happened on forum, he said he is going to the police tomorow where his son works. suckerRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!

I don't know if it's me or what but since the begining of this year I had the spanish guy who don't send figs for two month, the dog who eats my meccano poster and mec farmboy, and now this one. what's next? russian invading paris?

please note the details like the wrong gun, like if he don't know anything about vintage star wars. But magic! he send me a fig very close the to pbp: a no coo dark arms, and magic again, the lips are fat. too bad the color of the lips is wrong!!!!! and when you got it in hand, you can really see it's been painted over. but the guy say "my wife sent it for me, it's a mistake, you can have your money back". what the fuck???? and if I have not been carefull? i really don't trust that, why would he send a fake fat lips???

just want my money back or the right fig. And I not going to spend money sending back his shit 

Nicolas, it sucks when this happened. I remember buying 4 PBP/POCH figures over 12 months ago from a Spanish seller.

First he refuses to send me the dark brown RS I brought and gives me a low ass part refund?!?!, then when I get the others 2 had fakes guns and one a fake cape. I twat made me send them back fully tracked at my expense and then I had to file a complaint with ebay to get my money bank.

I world is full of wankers I am afraid.


Log a complaint on ebay, get your money back and leave him negative feedback!!

It seems nowadays there is a pandemic of Spanish sellers having no clue and labelling everything POCH to give it an unique $$$elling point.

And off course there is also that annoying guy on ebay labelling everything "PBP POCH Palitoy Clipper Ledy" to make sure his auctions don't go unnoticed.   



Best buy from guys who know their POCH/PBP stuff like Kenneth, Javi (javiswspain), JaviTC, Sergio (thegame), Ricardo (ackbar100),...

I am afraid people learn too fast. It seems they have realized that star wars figures with pbp/poch words located in the description are sold for higher prices. I think this happen around europe but mainly in Spain because pbp/poch are from here.
All of us are always looking for great figures with the lowest price and this means to take some risks. Currently Ebay Spain is full of figures with the pbp/poch descriptions and they don't know what they have on their hands. They just try to get top money and most of these figures are kenner ones.

I see your case is worse because this guy has repainted the lips to sell it... and nothing to say about the weapon. This behavior is unfair. Totally agree.

I think chacha95 has been treated unfairly:

He was scammed into listing this figure, from his auction, with a low BIN.  Then ended the auction after it sold.

When he found out that he had been scammed, he sent out a different figure.

How someone can have the gall to accuse someone they tried to scam of being a scammer is unbelievable!
