Subject: Is this Tie Pilot LL? Sat Jun 15, 2013 12:28 pm
Hi Folks,
Just wndered if anyone can help me with this Tie Pilot, can't quite decide if its LL or not, everything seems to fit apart from the orange paint looks to orange? :scratch: Don't know if you saw in the recent aquistions thread that Royal Mail had lost an LL blonde Bespin Luke for me () well the seller offered a refund or another figure, I said I'll have a figure, what you got? but his reply was rather vague, he just kind of said, I've got lots, Tie Pilot, Lando Skiff? So I just said, I'll take the Tie Pilot, and this is what came. Now this seller lives in Mexico and usually sells LL stuff. Any thoughts?

Sorry about the individual posts, but the new layout of the thread post wouldn't let me post more than one picture or anything... highly annoying... When will people realize that NOBODY LIKES CHANGE!!!!!

Yes he looks like a ledy to me. In the ledy chat thread he would be the coo 6c I think. He also has the thicker emblems as opposed to a Kenner. I don't know about the blaster as I thought he had a black one, but the figure looks good.

Cheers man, I checked in the LL thread first, but it was the orange paint that was putting me off thinking it was LL. He didn't come with a blaster unfortunately, so I just stuck that with him for the pics sake.

Some slight batch differences can occur as ledy had a loose standard for quality control. This means some can have darker or lighter shades, sometimes glossy paint or dull paint, etc... The most important thing is when you look at the totality with the coo and the emblems, I am thinking the orange is just a batch to batch difference.

General are you currently collecting a set of ledy? They are a blast to go for and I like them so much more than regular Kenner stuff.

Getting a full set of Ledy's is something I would love and I am slowly starting to work at it, but I'm proper skint at the moment, so it's probably not the best route to take! I'm like the tramp of the collecting world

I am with Bryan here, the figure looks Ledy to me as well.
