???? As you can see, this thing came from 1983. It is a vintage item. But what exactly? And what does it worth if I would like to sell it? thx in advance!

it's a coin purse all right, a UK-only item, if i'm not mistaken there's a range of these out there, all depicting this type of artwork featuring a character worthwise: they're not very high in demand, and they do pop up here and there from time to time. i'd value them at $5-$15 or so (in good condition.. yours is suffering a bit) perhaps it's worth more to a collector who needs this particular one to complete the set (there are some collectors who thrive to get a complete "UK oddball" collection, but again, i'd expect those people to want a more mint specimen) i got mine at FACTS years ago in the one-euro-bargain-bin

Yup, UK coin purse made by Touchline. Theres 12 to the full set and they did come carded. Heres a list of all of them and the colors they came in. Ackbar- white C-3PO- grey and red Chewy-orange and red Vader-black Jabba-blue and orange R2-D2-sky blue Stormie-black Wicket-white and yellow Wouter nailed it for loose prices, maybe $5-10. Carded, $10-20. If it was in better shape paint-wise, I know a nice home it would be welcomed in.

Very unique item, I've never seen these change holders before. I'll have to find a Vader one someday for my focus.
