Small Hood Luke Jedi Cape?

Firstly, sorry guys I know I now have 3 open query posts but I keep digging into my collection :I am stupid:

The cape on the right is the STANDARD size, the one on the left however just fits over Lukes head, are these common? I've never see one before and it's also a lot shorter in lenght!

I've googled for info but found nothing study

Similar to the Jawa you can find hundreds of different hood sizes!

I have similar Luke robes but I dont think there is anything special to say about them.....this just happend to get produced from time to time I guess.

I was aware of the Jawa capes and thought it may be the case with these luke capes as well. But when I couldn't find any other reference photos I thought it best ask.

If anyone wants a small "hood" variant hood PM me and i'll happily trade it?
