Looking for some assistance from the Community. I am looking to put together a list of known/confirmed stitch color variants for the Cloth Cape Jawa.

Known/Confirmed:

Dark Brown
Light Brown
Black
Dark Orange
Rust (almost Orange, but a tinge of rust to the color)
Purple
Green
White
Yellow

I vaguely remember seeing a pink version a few years ago, but the cape seemed dodgy to me. Please help a fellow Jawa Collector and post what I am missing.

Are you also looking at stitch colour combos i.e. hood one colour, body same or different colour?

BTW, it may be worh posting pics of the various stitch colours that you have confirmed, so that members can tell more easily whether they have anything different, & rule out faded or discoloured thread.

Not sure if I have an actual goal for these are not. I love the process of cataloging items and this is another part of my focus for Jawas.. I need to take pictures of my existing cloth caped versions and the threads they have been sewn with and post them. Guess my hunt continues for pictures of a white version.

Yes i have , it was an ESB card if i remember correctly. Be wary of loose ones though these can be a result of trying to bleach a jawa cape the bleach has no effect on the cape but the stitching turns white.

Interesting that a White Stitched Cape would be on a Kenner ESB Cardback. I have held several carded ESB Jawas and have never seen one with a white stitch. Very interesting. Do you have a picture of one? If not, what is the specific cardback?

Yeah I have held close to 40+ Kenner ESB Jawas and never seen this. I spoke with other collectors about the white stitch variation and those versions have surfaced overseas. I think I have dealt with 200+ loose Kenner versions and not once seen this before.

Sorry guys, no specifics on the cardback and no pics. I'll try to have rock solid proof before i reply next time  The only reason i remember is i check every picture of ESB carded jawas for white stitching since i missed out on that one.
I respect your authority on these matters so do you perhaps know of any stitch colour that can be traced back to a specific cardback or do they randomly pop up whenever there was a shortage of brown thread ?

I know this thread is old but I acquired these two Jawas today. Looks to me like a cream color stitching.
