Any idea what this is? I picked up a loose AT&T and this was laying inside. The color matches it but I cant find a place where it goes.

It is the light bulb cover that goes underneath the head. Very Happy

I'm not sure. It has been in storage for so long, that I've never had the chance to check. Is there something that I can look for? The only thing that I notice that is different is the serial # is not raised on the inside. Mine is not as clear and defined as the one in the picture from Kenner_Babe. It looks to be engraved or stamped into it.

Edit. I think that mine is a repo. Evil or Very Mad

I always wonder, how it is these people that make repo are so GOOD yet they never get the color just right. Is it cause the org items have aged?

I think it has alot to do with the types of plastics available now as to back then. Maybe wrong. Just a guess.
