My story.

12th Dec - I spotted the 4 items below, PBP RS, Lando, Hammerhead & Snowtrooper and cotacted the seller.
20th Dec - Photo's are exchanged for other items as well as the original four
21st Dec - Make offer, told "too low for RS i want €180"
21st Dec - Offer €200
22nd Dec - Deal done at €220, send paypal payment to "javierllamas1@hotmail.com"
22nd Dec - Payment sent, request auctions to be withdrawn
22nd Dec - Seller "the ads continue published, because I have several identical figures"

AT THIS POINT I START TO WORRY!

22nd Dec - Ask if other figures are as good a condition
22nd Dec - Seller "Figures are good"
22nd Dec - Seller "have contaced ebay buyer and explianed the RS was already sold"
22nd Dec - Ask if he's a member of any forums, Seller "yes starwarsspanishstuff"

FEELING GOOD AGAIN, RS MINE OTHERS FIGURES OK, SELER A FORUM MEMBER

22nd Dec - Trys to sale me other figures Obi kenobi, leia Hoth etc...
23rd Dec - Seller "Now we have party 3 days in Spain....ship next Weds...."
27th Dec - Seller Hi tracking number is RR603XXXXXXXXX, 1 return €120, the RS i have has pink face!
27th Dec - Query why I only get €120 for RS when he wanted €180
28th Dec - PART REFUND ISSUED €120, HOWEVER PENDING TILL THE 18th JAN

NOW THE CON, NO RS FIGURE AND A LOWBALL REFUND!

The hammerhead / snowtrooper / lando DID NOT SELL and where listed as 22+15+8 = €45
Shipping was €6+1+1

Total for other three = 45+8=€53, Surely a refund of = €167 ??

The urgument goes on and on for two days, finally told to REJECT PARCEL

3rd Jan - Parcel is delivered, ask for return address
4th Jan - Contact seller, snowtrooper cape is REPRO, hammerhead gun is REPRO

BEWARE THE SELLER HAS RELISTED THESE FIGURES!

4th Jan - Agree a price for lando
5th Jan - Figures returned
12th Jan - Asked to pay another €45 cause I kept Lando!
12th Jan - Told seller I WILL NOT SEND ANY MORE MONEY!, PART REFUND ISSUED FOR €55

NOW I HAVE TWO PENDING REFUNDS, SCARED ONE MAY CANCEL THE OTHER OUT I CONTACT PAYPAL AND THEY INSTRUCT ME TO LOG A CLAIM.

Money refunded....

22 Dec 2012 paided €220.00 EUR
05 Jan 2013 paided £10+ GBP return postage
18 Jan 2013 refund -€120.00 EUR
31 Jan 2013 refund -€55.00 EUR

NOT A TRUST WORTHY SELLER, DENIES HAVING TWO EBAY ACCOUNTS, SELLS REFUNDS, TRYS TO CON YOU OUT OF MONEY, SLOW REFUND.
