Quiero ponerme en contacto con todos ustedes para iinformarles de un usuario del muy mal comportamiento por parte suya, dado que ha intentado recomprar unas figuras cuando ya estaban pagadas en ebay y es más, le informó al usuario de como eliminar la compra para no tener ningún tipo de sanción por parte de ebay, el usuario que ha intentado hacer eso es el tan famoso MOD EDIT: NAME REMOVED, señores tengan mucho cuidado cuando compren algo porque si está esta persona detras de ello es muy posible que le intente quitar la compra, eso no se hace MOD EDIT: NAME REMOVED, es de muy mala educación

Can you explain this more clearly? Stef is a very respected member here. The only reason I don't delete this is because I feel everyone deserves to be heard. However you're not making it clear what happened.

no kidding Walkie is a great guy I have delt with him before one thing not to defend or anything but due to my limited knowledge and only having the guys on the form to assist me, I made a mistake on thinking I sent him some non repo part we did a trade for them when he checked them he realized they were repos there was no issue even when I tried to pay him for the force pike he told me not to worry about it if he were like you are trying to say he is I am sure he would have told me to pay him or something but he didn't. Like everything mistakes happen we are not perfect.

I have known Stef for sometime now and other have dealt with him as well with no issues he like the rest of the guys here are stand up guys.

On Saturday November 8 I bought some figures a person from Spain, here is the item number on ebay 161475055139, you you can get in touch with the author of the ad, I have emails from this man telling me that he has received complaints and almost insults MOD EDIT: NAME REMOVED, for ill sell figures and tried to coerce him for my money back and sell them to him once they were already paid, if they believe tHAT MOD EDIT: NAME REMOVED can keep doing it, if I did not go back to write more.


El sábado 8 de noviembre compré unas figuras a una persona de España, aquí tenéis el número de artículo en ebay  161475055139,  os podéis poner en contacto con el autor del anuncio, yo tengo correos de este señor diciéndome que ha recibido quejas y casi insultos de MOD EDIT: NAME REMOVED, por mal vender las figuras e intentó coaccionarle para que me devolviera el dinero y vendérselas a él una vez ya estaban pagadas, si quieren creer a ESE señor MOD EDIT: NAME REMOVED pueden seguir haciéndolo, por mi parte no vuelvo a escribir más.

Hola Javier ya te he enviado el pedido. Parece ser que has tenido mucha suerte, por un lado te encontraste un artículo que no te creerias el precio que tenía (yo tampoco por eso era tan barato) y por otro lado has topado con alguien con palabra porque si supieras las ofertas que me han hecho despues de vendertelo a tí, no te lo creerias (yo tampoco) además de decirme poco menos que gilipollas por vender tan barato, pero si comprometo mi palabra voy hasta el final. Me dijeron hasta como anular la venta sin que me supusiera una penalización, pero creo que he hecho lo que debía, la próxima vez estaré mas espabilado con lo que vendo. Un saludo y espero que por lo menos tu le saques todas las posibilidades que tienen los muñequitos de marras. Adiós.

Hola, yo he contestado a todo lo que me has preguntado, puede ser que se haya perdido alguna respuesta ya que desde mi iphone he comprobado que a veces me fallan los mensajes que mando. El último que recibí de ti, fue preguntandome por los que me habian pedido que cancelara la puja, no se si te refieres a ese. Yo no tengo ningun problema en decirte quien fue, así recuerdo un tal gsfc_13 que fue el que me soltó que me habias estafado (literalmente) entre otras lindezas ya que que Poch Landon valía 150 € el solito y me remitia a un foro para comprobarlo, otro fue un MOD EDIT: NAME REMOVED que en inglés me decía que qué me habían dicho para que los vendiera tan baratos.... en fin eso que recuerde.
En cuanto a las manchas que me dices, los muñecos siempre han sido mios así que las manchas no recuerdo como se produjeron, el que más se veía manchado era el Stoomtroper, los limpié y se quedaron bastante bien para tener casi 40 años. Bueno nada más si necesitas algo más me lo dices, un saludo

Wait, let me get this straight.
You are basing your accusations against a well-known and respected member of the community upon some messages you received from a zero-feedback ebay member?
And your proof are ebay messages in Spanish that most people on here will hardly understand (I know I don't, and I speak some Spanish)?

You'll have to do much better than that if you want anyone to take you seriously. And maybe adopt a different tone.

Thanks for the support guys. I've passed my side of the story onto John so hopefully this is will be all cleared up shortly.

First of all Stef is a top bloke.

Thirdly....you get the idea.

Don't know the exact details, but this looks like just another example of a Spanish ebay seller with a rare POCH/PBP lot which have been persuaded by a collector to end the auction early at a very low BIN price. In similar cases, you often see the exact same figures for sale for big money a bit later.  






Also happened to me a few times, that an auction was ended after I had placed bids. Each time the POCH lot was suddenly sold for a low BIN or not available anymore...
Very frustrating if you like to collect POCH/PBP figures.  

So I can understand Stef has approached the seller, inquiring what has happened to the POCH lot....

It does not merit a watch out thread however.

So my suggestion would be to remove this thread (and the other thread as well), unless I see things completely wrong here.

I couldn't agree more with you Marco, It sounds a bit like sour grapes to me.

Most of us on TIG have had dealings with Stef at some point or another, whether it be purchasing an item from him directly, or be it, him finding rare figures and pointing us in the right direction, or even from him giving away free stuff!!!

I was going to "make my case" exposing a series of facts concerning the transactions of this man with some of the most famous spanish collectors, but then again... it's not worth it. Specially when walkie already exposed him on January 31st, in this very watchout section. Only diference, in that case he was running by one of this other nicks: namely, alja1973. Are you sure these are all the same guy?  I have a message from obiwanpoch1969 through ebay and it is signed Javi (I assumed javiswspain since I don't know any other javi's). He is a respected member and Spanish collector on here.

There are many Javis active in the hobby.

Javiswspain is for sure not the person starting this thread.
It is also not JaviTC.

Just to overcome confusion.

I should have been more clear. The only Javi I am friends with is javiswspain from here. I think he is obiwanpoch1969. Either way, I don't think the op here is obiwanpoch1969 is what I was trying to say. That is listed as one of the op's aliases by Luis (ifantelo)

I AM NOT THAT JAVI.I only have ONE name on the forums and ebay!!:Javiswspain
in the Spanish forum just "Javisw".

I have confirmed that Javi from here(javiswspain) is indeed not the obiwanpoch1969 from eBay so that assumption on my part was wrong.  The message I recieved from him on eBay was just a general message saying he is listing some figures and signed as Javi.  Since the Javi on here is the only Javi I know I assumed it was the same and never thought anything else about it.  I don't recall having bought anything from obiwanpoch1969, but I rarely pay attention to sellers names if the transaction goes smoothly.  It is possible I bought from him in the past and had no problems with the transaction so it never raised any red flags.  I apologize to Javi (javiswspain) for the mixup on my part.  

By the way I go by the same user name on all forums and eBay.

*just had a look through my feedback on eBay and it appears I have not ever bought a figure from obiwanpoch1969, so not sure how he got my user name to message me through eBay.*
