| Hi everyone, I'm not seeing much references online of sales, and was thinking of making some room in my collection by getting rid of items not really in my focus. I picked-up a POTF Darth Vader over a year ago. I've got him stored away so I'm not able to take any close-up pics, but there is this group shot I took when I purchased him from an all Vader collector. It's got an unpunched tab, the blister is yellowing, but overall he's real nice. From past sales the ballpark would be around $400, but the most recent was from 2011. I wanted to hear some opinions on FMV for a POTF Vader in C9 condition. |

| BTs had a graded one for $320 & a C9 for $250 but I have no idea how long ago that was.

| I would say it depends on where your going to sell it. Sometimes these do better in the forums as ebay has had 3 sales in the last few months on these all around $150 and one didn't sell listed at $150 last month. I didnt look at each for the condition but they all looked to be fairly flat cards with little creasing if any on the main picture of the auctions.
Looking closer at a few of the auctions none of these were in c-9 condition so I would say around $250 sounds like a reasonable price.

http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_sacat=0&_from=R40&LH_Complete=1&_nkw=vader+POTF+MOC&_sop=3 Thanks! That was a big jump from last years ($140-160ísh, including that October 2012 sale at $162) to the Jan 2013 sale at $364. I saw how Vader 12 Back A's and GDE 12 Backs experienced an uptick in recent months, so I wonder if there's a minor trickle effect. |

| Careful on using GDE's in any analysis. They're so rare that they can actually be erratic. If two Vader collectors take the gloves off, who knows what can happen.
If you're selling it, ask $250 and see where it gets you. It looks great so someone wanting a minty example might gobble it up. |
