While sorting though my weapons I noticed a Rebel Commando rifle which differs to the ones currently on the guide.

It looks like a V1 with the detailed handle grip, but it has 3 raised circles on the end of the stock (not that easy to photograph).
Has anyone else seen or have one of these?

The only ones that I have are #1 & #3.

Your new one seems to be a slightly different colour and maybe have sharper details? In your comparison shot, the raised circle one looks a little more pinky?

Thanks Clint. I've just checked the colour of the rifle with some others I have, and it is the V1 which appears to be different.

In the right light my V1 definately looks greenish (doesn't show up that well in my pic. though).

The colours are not as vibrant as in the picture from AJ, but there is a colour difference in your picture.
Also the mold point on the front part of the barrel seems to be different. The features just seem to be finer on the one with the raised circles.

AJ, looks like another one for your 'to do list' then.

Clint, I've looked at the break points from above and there is very little difference between their size & location. However, while doing this I did observe that the rifle with the bumps is marginally narrower than the 'greenish' V1. So that gives us another difference.
With regrds to the detailing on the handle grip, I think the difference is a result of the way the paler plastic of the V1 reflected the light & my photography. In hand both look equally defined.

AJ can you see a difference in width between your '3 bumps' & V1?

I can't help anymore with the comparison, unless someone wants to send me some of these variants.

I was thinking that the colour difference and the camera angle might be playing tricks on my tired old eyes in regards to the detailing.
