| OK seriously,
There are TFPs with fat emblems (Ledy), AT-AT emblems (some PBP), bigger emblems (Meccano?).
Maybe other emblems as well? |

| i am inclined to say that this might be paint overspray that bleeded inwards thus making the logo seem thicker. Like when painting with watercolors and you put too much water on your bursh and put it on the canvas and it spreads more than intended.
but i might be wrong too.... |
