I also have COO#1 with a '4' in the helmet and I've just come across one with a '3'. Does anyone have a helmet with a '1', '2' or any other numbers?

For what evers it's worth here's a number 2, it came with a Kenner Leia with the leg COO stamp (1).

Mine has a "1." it came with a kenner #2 coo stamp:
