Hopefully he isn't going to fool anyone, if he is not sure of what it is he should ask for help with it. Any forum will probably say the same thing.

Every week there's a 'Ledy' figure for sale- if it's no COO that means it's 'Lily Ledy' (note the spelling mistake too)

I like the "Nice 100% Nice" part the most I think he is confused though, he obviously don't know since he is very sure to add the No COO part. My guess is that he thinks it is Lili Ledy but he for sure isn't sure about it so he should check it up first. Dunno why No COO would mean Lili Ledy...
